There are orange plaids mixed with giant sunflowers. Everything is done in a special sort of modern styling that simply makes one smile upon entering their room. All of the rooms have delightful window views. The bed and breakfast itself is everything a B&B in Rome should be. And the location… fabulous. After all, it is in Trastevere the most romantic secret part of Rome.

When staying at the Il Trasteverino you are surrounded by the sights and sounds of Rome. There are cinemas, restaurants, hidden boutiques, all within walking distance. Of course being in the heart of Rome you are also only a small taxi fare from Rome’s fabulous sightseeing land marks such as Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. But Trastevere is a destination unto itself. It is a special part of Rome built on narrow cobblestone streets filled with hidden shops and bistros.

When evening comes there are exciting nightspots all around you where music and laughter are everywhere. You bask in the romantic Italian melodies until you eventually tire and head back to your cheap accommodations in Rome, Il Trasteverino Bed and Breakfast.
